– implementation of internal administrative objectives within the group of companies;

– establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims;

– keeping statistics or analyzing data;

4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for concluding a contract.

5. We do not make decisions in relation to you in an automated manner and we do not perform profiling.

6. We may share your personal data with:

a) administrations, in particular authorities managing operational programs;

b) Entities operating postal or courier;

c) Banks and payment institutions;

d) Our partners, i.e. entities belonging to the group of companies;

e) Our subcontractors, in particular entities that provide services or provide us with ICT systems, and entities that provide us with advisory services, such as legal or tax services.

Your personal data will be processed by us for the duration of the contract, and then after the end of the contract and limiting their scope to data necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, the data will be processed during the period specified in the generally applicable law or in accordance with the criteria designated in them. During the same period, your personal data will be processed in order to implement the legitimate interests of ours and our partners, if you do not object to this. In addition, when there are valid, legitimate grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing or pursuing claims or defending against claims.

8. You have the following rights, in order to exercise these rights, please contact us:

a) The right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and access it at your request, as well as the right to rectify incorrect data or supplement incomplete data;

b) In situations specified in the personal data protection law, we will also exercise your rights to:

– deletion of personal data;

– restrictions on the processing of personal data;

– transferring personal data;

– objection to the processing of personal data.

9. We make every effort to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law. However, if you believe that we have committed a breach, you have to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
